During the period between 2008 and 2012 piracy incidents skyrocketed. The security industry

at the same time saw an unprecedented surge in armed escort ships in the Indian Ocean. This competency course will give the students the confidence to tackle the counter piracy operation.

Learn how to operate under a systematic security system which was developed by operators who have

multiple deployments under their belt.

Topics:

Maintaining and test firing weapons during deployment.
Physical training

Applied rules of engagement prior to an attack.

Estimating range and understanding your weapons maximum ranges.

Engaging moving targets at a distance.
Selective target engagement and target discrimination.
Layered defence with team movement exercises.

Facility : outdoor tactical shooting range, and polygon,

Weaponry : SAR AK - 47/Arsenal/, M4 carbine

Ammunition : 450 rds

Number of trainees : a minimum of 5 persons and a maximum of 15 persons

Certificate :Certificate for Vocational Training in GUARD PROFESSION, PHYSICAL

PROTECTION OF SITES AND PROPERTIES SPECIALTY Extended Vocational Qualification

– MARITIME FIREARMS COMPETENCY COURSE and Europass Supplement - recognized

in all EU countries

Equipment : tactical pants, tactical jacket, camouflage uniform, kneepads, elbowpads,

equipment for high risk areas( recommended if you have any).

Price of training : 811 EUR, in the price is not included accommodation or cathering services

The payment can be made by bank transfer, a deposit is required, equal to 30%.
