I treat my hair well, wash them 1 - 2 per week (never more). Must do mask after all washing, very rare use blow dry (around 1 time per 3 month), and even more rare do hairstyle (~1 time per half of the year).
Take care with oil and masks, also homemade masks, my hair become lighter after summer (also use lighting home natural mask: honey, cinnamon and lemon a little). During summer use protecting spray
